# Export Contacts

Export contacts from Sensorpro

**How to Export Bounced and Opted-Out Contacts from Sensorpro and Open in Excel**

1. In Sensorpro, go to **Contacts > All Contacts**.
2. Click the **Bounced** tab (or **Opted-Out** tab if that’s what you need).
3. Scroll to the bottom right and click the **Export** button.

### 📥 How the File Downloads (Depends on Browser):
#### ✅ **Google Chrome / Firefox / Safari**
* The CSV will open in a new browser tab.
* Go to **File > Save Page As** (or right-click and choose **Save As**)
* Save the file with a `.csv` extension (e.g., `bounced.csv`).
#### ✅ **Microsoft Edge**
* The file usually downloads automatically.
* Click the download icon (top-right) and select **"Open in folder"** to locate it.
* If it opens in the browser instead of downloading, use **File > Save As** to save it as a `.csv`.
#### ✅ **Internet Explorer**
* You'll see a prompt at the bottom of the screen asking whether to **Open** or **Save** the file.
* Click **Save As**, choose your folder, and make sure the file ends in `.csv`.

### 📊 To Open in Excel:
1. Open **Microsoft Excel**.
2. Go to **File > Open** and locate the saved `.csv` file.
3. If prompted, choose **Delimited** and tick **Comma** as the separator.
4. Click **Finish** — your contacts will appear neatly in columns.
