## Forgot Password Troubleshooting

If you haven't received an email after using the "Forgot Password" feature, follow these steps:

1. **Verify the Login Site**: Sensorpro has multiple login sites. Ensure you're on the right one:
   - **Main Site**: [e.sensorpro.net](http://e.sensorpro.net)
   - **Shopify**: [shopify.sensorpro.net](http://shopify.sensorpro.net)
   - **BigCommerce**: [bigc.sensorpro.net](http://bigc.sensorpro.net)
   - **Hotels**: [hotels.sensorpro.net](http://hotels.sensorpro.net)

2. **Custom Sites**: You might have a custom domain like: `brandname.sensorpro.net`.

3. **Check Junk/Spam Folder**: Sometimes emails might land in the junk or spam folder. Make sure to check there.
