# GDPR

|| GDPR

### GDPR affords 8 rights to European Citizens, namely:

1. Right to be informed
2. Right of access
3. Right to rectification
4. Right to be forgotten (Art 17)
5. Right to restrict processing
6. Right to data portability
7. Right to object to direct marketing
8. Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling

As a Sensorpro Account holder, YOU are the Data Controller and Sensorpro is the Processor, with both parties having a duty to fulfill the 8 rights.

Sensorpro provides a number of tools for Data Controllers to comply with GDPR including Subject Access Requests (SAR) and the Right to be forgotten (Art 17)
You can find the SAR option under the Tools menu. Use Menu/Contacts/All contacts and select the red person icon.
