Proper naming conventions streamline the organization and retrieval of your campaigns, emails, and segments, ensuring efficiency and clarity.

**Campaign Naming Convention:**  
Format: YEAR/MONTH/CATEGORY/NUMBER  
Example: `2021-FEB-PROMO-1`  
This structure facilitates chronological sorting and easy identification of campaign themes.

**Email Naming Convention:**  
Format: YEAR-THEME-SEQUENCE  
Example: `2021-OFFERS-2`  
Reflects the email's content, aiding in identifying and repurposing templates.

**Segment Naming Convention:**  
Format: YEAR/MONTH/CATEGORY/CRITERIA/SEQUENCE  
Example: `2021-FEB-PROMO-CLICKS-1`
