# Reducing High Bounce Rates with Yahoo Contacts

|| Yahoo may delay delivery by 4 hours for unexpected spikes in volume from your domain, follow these steps:

1 Create a segment called **Yahoo**, tick `split testing` & select a batch size.

| This will generate mutliple segments, we will be using them in Step 7.

4 Create a segment called **All** & tick `Include everyone`

5 Select `options` tab & tick `Restricted/unique` then press OK.

||| This will exclude the Yahoo segment you made earlier; this is an important step, do not skip.

6 Proceed to `Step 3` of the campaign and Add a new broadcast.

Send to the **All** segment as normal.

7 Copy the broadcast & change the segment to the first Yahoo batch in Step 3.

Click the `Schedule tab` and set to one hour from now, repeat for each batch for every other hour.

| Don't specify an even hour like 11am, this is a known Yahoo spam signal; instead use an odd number like 11:19am
