Adding Google GA/Tag Code to Surveys

This guide will show you how to add Google Analytics / Tag Code Script to Surveys.


  1. Log into the survey tool.


  1. Click "Surveys", "Work with Surveys"



  1. Choose the survey you want to work with (click the green scribble icon)



  1. Click the "Pages" button at the top of the screen.



  1. Edit the properties for your survey page.



  1. Click the "Advanced Logic Page Text" tab.



  1. Paste your google script at the top of this screen (in the "Append Script to Page" box). Note - make sure your code has <script> before and </script> after. It should look similar to this when added.
