Blocked by Outlook

Trouble Delivering to Outlook / Hotmail / Live?


If you're experiencing delivery issues to Microsoft-owned domains (Outlook, Hotmail, Live), it's likely due to a temporary block on your sending domain by Microsoft.


How to Fix It

You’ll need to request removal directly from Microsoft.



  1. Ask our support to supply the exact IP address and any error messages.
  2. Visit: https://olcsupport.office.com/
  3. For issue, use Our domain is blocked.
  4. What domain are you sending from? * Make sure this is the from domain in your campaign.
  5. How would you describe your company or yourself? * Select ESP for this.
  6. Outbound IP(s) or range(s) * eg 78.153.200.172
  7. Server: Dedicated
  8. Make sure to specifcy your domain in the final Q.
