How to Fix It
You’ll need to request removal directly from Microsoft.
- Ask our support to supply the exact IP address and any error messages.
- Visit: https://olcsupport.office.com/
- For issue, use Our domain is blocked.
- What domain are you sending from? * Make sure this is the from domain in your campaign.
- How would you describe your company or yourself? * Select ESP for this.
- Outbound IP(s) or range(s) * eg 78.153.200.172
- Server: Dedicated
- Make sure to specifcy your domain in the final Q.
