Forgot Password Troubleshooting



If you haven't received an email after using the "Forgot Password" feature, follow these steps:

Verify the Login Site: Sensorpro has multiple login sites. Ensure you're on the right one:
- Main Site: e.sensorpro.net
- Shopify: shopify.sensorpro.net
- BigCommerce: bigc.sensorpro.net
- Hotels: hotels.sensorpro.net

Custom Sites: You might have a custom domain like: brandname.sensorpro.net.

Check Junk/Spam Folder: Sometimes emails might land in the junk or spam folder. Make sure to check there.
