Maximize Campaign Reach

Send a Reminder to Non-Openers


Not everyone opens their emails the first time around. Boost your email campaign's effectiveness by sending a reminder to those who missed it. For optimal results, we recommend following this process 3 days after the initial send. Here's a step-by-step guide to ensure your message gets a second chance to shine.


  1. Select your campaign (Menu/Campaigns/Email)


  1. Click Step 2 Add contacts or press Next.


  1. Add a new segment (Click Add New)


  1. Label the segment (Description) as reminder, we will select this in Step 9.


  1. Click Campaign Results tab (next to the Popular tab)


  1. Select option Unopened then click OK


  1. Now we will copy the initial broadcast: Click Step 3 Send email


  1. Copy the broadcast (Copy icon)


  1. Edit the new broadcast (Pencil icon) & Select the reminder segment


  1. Adjust email subject line and preheader to suit.


  1. Send the email (Click Green arrow)


PS You can view the results for the reminder seperately to the overall results using the segment results in the Results dashboard.
