My broadcast is still sending

If you're sending a large email broadcast, it may take some time to finish.

The platform sends in batches, so results won’t appear until the full send is complete.

Tip: You can still monitor progress. Go to Menu > Contacts > All Contacts — that list updates in real time. Just refresh the page to see the latest.

No need to stay logged in — sending happens on the server.

Unlike instant messages, email delivery depends on how the receiving service—such as Gmail—handles incoming messages. Gmail, for example, uses its own postmaster systems to scan, queue, and filter all messages before they reach inboxes. Even if our platform sends out thousands of emails quickly, Gmail may process and deliver them at its own pace, sometimes delaying delivery or placing emails in a queue for further checks. This is normal and outside our control, so it’s common for large broadcasts to take time before all recipients see your message.

If timing is critical, consider using our SMS service for urgent updates. SMS messages are delivered directly to recipients’ phones, usually within seconds.
