Email personalization like Dear {FirstName} is email 101.

But did you know there are 100 other tags you can use?

You can include any item from the contact record, including email metrics and when the contact was created.

To select a tag, use the Personalize option in the pop-up editor or just place the tag anywhere in the email.

Always send a test email to make sure the tags render as you expect.

The tags can be included anywhere in the email, on the subject line or on a link.

There are also System tags that you can use.

Here's a few examples:

Campaign informtaion:

Campaign Title {campaigntitle}

Subjectline {subjectline}

PreHeader text: {preheader}

Campaign data: {campid}-{segmentid}-{broadcastid}

Dates:

The Year: {YYYY}

The Month name: {mmmm}

Today's Date: {dd-mm-yyyy}

Last day of the month: {lastday}

Date contact created: {createdon}
Contact email: {em}

This tag handles the scenario when your list may include blank First names, replace the word Guest as appropriate: {Firstname|Guest}
