Why is my account suspended?
Your account can be suspended for the following reasons:
- If the terms of the Acceptable Usage Policy are not met.
- Creating multiple organisations to make it appear that you qualify for freemium.
- If we receive too many complaints from subscribers.
- If content is intended to mislead or cause harm.
- Manipulating subscription plans; eg purchasing a plan to get credits and then canceling it. A subscription is mandatory to use the platform.
- If you use a purchased list.
- Where any of the 8 rights afforded to citizens under GDPR are not met.
