Why is my account suspended?

Your account can be suspended for the following reasons:

If the terms of the Acceptable Usage Policy are not met.

Creating multiple organisations to make it appear that you qualify for freemium.

If we receive too many complaints from subscribers.

If content is intended to mislead or cause harm.

Manipulating subscription plans; eg purchasing a plan to get credits and then canceling it. A subscription is mandatory to use the platform.

If you use a purchased list.

Where any of the 8 rights afforded to citizens under GDPR are not met.
